Continuing a legacy of automotive innovation, Lexus approached Five & Done to conceptualize and pitch a brand new tool that would let users take control of their car buying process like never before.
I was approached in summer 2015 to help lead a multi-phase creative effort that would demonstrate the depth of F&D’s thinking around an elegant online tool and animated walkthrough to be pitched to Lexus executives in California.
Over a period of six months, I worked as an AD/designer to design out a smooth web tool that would allow customers to enter vehicle information, browse and customize their own Lexus model, chat with salespeople and walk into their dealer ready to purchase.
Working closely with the motion team at Nocturnal and F&D’s internal team, I also helped develop motion concepts, storyboard, select VO/background music and direct a short motion spot demonstrating how the tool would function and operate.
The spot debuted to Lexus executives, who commissioned it to be built and implemented.
